A unified ecosystem of mental health care
A unified ecosystem of mental health care

At Changing Lives Inc. we have partnered with Inside Out for Everyone to help them reach their mission in making mental health support accessible, inclusive, and compassionate for everyone.

Join us for Soulful Sundays, our newly updated emotional‑wellness workshop series held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month.
These gatherings are designed for anyone seeking clarity, connection, and practical tools for emotional health from community members and students to professionals, parents, and individuals navigating life transitions.
Our workshops are now offered in a low‑cost, sustainable format, allowing us to continue providing high‑quality education while expanding access to underserved community members through sponsored seats.
Each session blends teaching, reflection, and community conversation in a warm, grounded environment that meets people exactly where they are.
Soulful Sundays are built for real life: approachable, insightful, and rooted in the same trauma‑informed, nervous‑system‑aware principles that guide the Changing Lives Ecosystem.
